Product Information

Wooden Rings/Mobile frames

All our wooden teething rings are made from natural eco-friendly beechwood, with natural antibacterial properties. They are free of chemicals and are not varnished or coated, to avoid the risk of toxicity and unexpected allergens. All wood is smooth, durable and is ready to use without any treatment.

Our mobile frames are handmade in Nepal and are made from untreated bamboo wood.

These wooden products are untreated to prevent allergic reactions but you may prefer to treat them with your own wax or preferred oil to give them a more polished look. If so, try coconut oil or beeswax blends.

Felt balls

Our felt balls are handmade in Nepal under fair trade. They are eco-friendly, free from chemicals and toxins and made from premium quality New Zealand wool.

Shelf swings

Our shelf swings are made out of wood. Each beechwood wooden bead has been hand painted using 100% non-toxic acrylic paint. The swings are hung using high quality soft braided natural cotton.

Silicone beads

At yellow and bear we only source beads from reputable manufacturers that have their quality management systems independently certified to ISO:9001 standards to keep your little ones safe.

All our silicone beads used in our teethers and mobiles have been tested and certified to ensure they comply with the Australian safety standard (AU/NZS ISO 8124.3:2012). All our silicone beads are food grade silicone and certified free from BPA, lead, mercury, PVC, latex, phthalates and cadmium.

Beads are wiped down before shipping but we do recommend another quick wipe down before you let your precious little love chew on them.

Bunny ear fabric teethers

Our fabric teethers are made from cotton/fleece.

If desired you can condition your wooden ring with coconut oil or beeswax, rubbing in well with cotton ball. Always inspect your teething ring before use and discard if any part shows wear or is damaged. Always use under adult supervision.

To wash your bunny ear fabric, remove from wooden ring, warm gentle machine wash at 40 degrees with similar colours. Cool iron on reverse side only. Do not bleach, soak or dry clean.
